Sale of tin
We can provide thicknesses from 0.13 to 0.49 thickness, corresponding to traditional hardened, tin and tin-free steel coatings on the market (eg for tin: 1.0/1.0 g/m2 11.2 /11.2 g/m2). and sizes from 500 mm to 1200 mm.
All steels are produced using modern converter technology; the established chemical composition is strictly observed. Fully beaten steels are continuously cast into slabs. Sheets are rolled on a five-cell mill. The material is then continuously or batch annealed and surface treated (SR sheets) or double reduced (DR sheets).
A layer of tin is continuously applied to both sides of the sheet by electrolytic tin plating.
Tin mill products are supplied as wide coils or sheets of tin using an MSA-based process.
Black plate - used for the manufacture of transport containers, lids, toys, pointers and for subsequent metal coating.
Electrolytic Tin Plate - Used to produce food packaging, beverage containers, decorative cans, lids, stoppers, 2-piece cans, 3-piece cans, drawn cans, ends, lids, toys and other products.
