The quality of our product is our number one priority. We utilize varnishes and paints of various manufacturers, but for our customers we bear full responsibility for the guaranteed properties of our protective coatings.
We offer glossy or matte varnishings, photographic quality of the most complex drawings, or apply paint under gold or platinum color coatings. Thus, our lithography and varnishing not only protect the interior and exterior of the packaging, but do also greatly contribute to the visual appeal of the final product.
The offset printing on metal is a rather complex, high-tech process involving ultraviolet fixation paints and a ruler for the 240 lpi output of the printed forms. The quality control of the printed images involves the spectrodensitometric measurements with the eXact X-Rite device to ensure a spotless flow of the printing process.
