Lithography and lacquering for export
Modern lithographic machines allow you to paint tin in any color. Printing on metal sheets (lithography) at our enterprise is carried out by the offset method with ultraviolet fixing paints, with a ruler for outputting printed forms of 2400 LPI.
Quality control of the printing process is carried out using spectrodensitometric measurements with the X-Rite eXact device. This allows us to be sure that we receive high-quality images during the printing of the entire print run. Full-color printing of photographic quality, taking into account the application of topcoats, requires up to 9 sheet runs.
ur enterprise is equipped with the latest high-precision equipment from world leaders:
- varnishing line and full-color printing line of the German manufacturer KBA-MetalPrint GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany, 2013)
- CPT pre-press preparation complex produced by AGFA (Mortsel, Belgium, 2013)
- modern laboratory of varnishes and paints X-Rite, IGT
- production of lids of the SKO and Twist-off types with varnishing and full-color lithography
- lacquering and lithography of tin components for combined cans and tubes
- lacquering and lithography for tin cans for canning industries
- color lithography of tin cans for chemical production, aerosol cans, etc
In order to control the quality of products at the "Metal-Print" plant, a modern laboratory has been created, in which products are checked for mechanical and chemical indicators, and visual and spectrophotometric control is also carried out.
Quality control of raw materials is carried out in accordance with the norms established by GOST and DSTU standards, as well as recommendations of suppliers of equipment and consumables. And also in accordance with modern requirements, which are provided for a specific type of product.
